    Step 2: Schedule a 45-60 minute in-home consultation, at the end of the consultation you will receive your cash out program offer.

    Step 3: Accept the offer and close on your terms! If you decide to not work with Redeemed STL that’s totally okay too, we realize we're not a fit for every situation.

  • We do not use traditional financing through banks or mortgage companies. We use our own capital to purchase your home which allows us to operate quickly and close escrow on your timeline.

  • Typical closings are 30 days or less, contact us to close as quick as you need!

  • We buy houses “as-is” meaning you the seller will not need to make any repairs or updates.

  • For our cash out programs we do not charge any fees! If listing and selling is the best option for you we will discuss any commissions.

  • Our main priority is to protect your finances and give you a fair offer for your home. We consider the current market, any repairs or renovations needed, and factor in our costs to acquire and update the home while also needing to make a profit on the sale.

  • We can still purchase your home however any commission agreements already made will not be covered by Redeemed STL. If your house is already listed with a real estate agent your current relationship is respected and this is not a solicitation for a listing.

  • Yes, Casey is a licensed realtor in the state of MO and if listing your house is the best option for you he will gladly take care of all your listing needs.
